WATCH: Here’s why Wode Maya’s wife ”Miss Trudy” got detained in America

Ghanaian YouTuber Berthold Kobby Winkler Ackon, popularly known as Wode Maya’s Kenyan wife Miss Trudy got detained at Miami in the United States of America.

Miss Trudy posted a video on her YouTube channel weeping and frustrated at Miami International Airport due to identity status. Miss Trudy is legally married to  a Ghanaian citizen. According to the law, marrying a Ghanaian citizen grants you the permission to enter into the country anytime you wish to visit your spouse if the country of your citizenship has a visa free agreement with Ghana.

Miss Trudy who has been visiting Ghana regularly got herself stuck in America during check-in at the United States by Qatar Airways. The airlines denied her boarding the flight for a couple of hours of investigation for at least 24 hours.

Narrating how she suffered within 24 hours of sleeping outside hotel in Miami as most of the hotels were fully booked.

She later got excited and even praised Qatar Airways even though she was prevented from traveling the day she was expecting to leave the States.

Trudy happily showed the moment she boarded Business Class being her first time from the United States to Ghana. She acknowledges the kind of service the airline provides to its Business Class passengers from food to the airport buses.

Meanwhile, Trudy spent the last 30days with her husband Maya in the Caribbean with the mission of showing the rich culture of Africans from the Caribbean countries. They visited countries like Brazil, Suriname, Guyana and Jamaica. Maya left her in the United States after He activated his American visa for the first time after securing the visa 3years ago. Wode Maya did not promote America as people were expecting to see. Wode Maya spent only 5days in the States and took only a few photos and shared two at his YouTube community.
