SAD VIDEO: Lady pastor who accused Christiana Awuni of killing Bernard Nyarko goes mad
Kumawood actress Christiana Awuni has disproved allegations that she had a hand in Bishop bernard Nyarko’s death.
In an exclusive interview on Accra 100.5 FM with host Nana Romeo, the seasoned actress denied poisoning the late Bernard Nyarko as suggested by a so-called lady pastor.
According to the ”Sofo Mame”, Christiana Awuni poisoned her colleague actor and alleged lover for powers and spiritual fortification.
The actress was in awe of how desperate people are for fame today that they could fabricate false stories about others just for some pennies they stand to gain.
In response to why she thought the said woman would call her a murderer she said, ”It is not just about me. This has been a trend in Ghana for some time now. Anytime an influential figure passes you have crooks and mad people who call themselves pastors pinning their demise on someone. I wonder why they wait for these people to die before speaking up.”
She revealed that she had not even set eyes on the late Bernard Nyarko for over a year after he fell seriously ill.
She is quoted as saying, ”I did not see him for over a year since he fell ill and died so how could I have poisoned him. It is just outrageous. The woman who said this is obviously mad.”
