You trusted NAM1 than Nana Addo – Abronye chides Menzgold customers
The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Bono Regional Chairman, Kwame Baffoe aka Abronye DC has cautioned the aggrieved customers of Gold dealership firm Menzgold to stop creating unnecessary tension in the country calling for the payment of their locked-up funds when they claimed the CEO (Nana Appiah Mensah) will have access to capital to pay them as soon as he is released from police custody.
“Have they forgotten they were the same people who strongly agitated against Ghana Police and the President through numerous demonstrations for Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM 1) to be released at the time when the government was going through the necessary procedures to get their monies retrieved from him?” he rhetorically asked.
“He has been released and you are now calling on the government. Government is on the required procedures and you will soon hear the way forward as soon as the need arises,” he further added.
According to him in an interview with UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ political panel discussion programme, customers of the gold dealership firm should go in for the money they believed was waiting patiently for them from NAM 1 due to the trust they had in him than the government and President.
