WAEC Reviews 2020 WASSCE Timetable
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released an amended timetable for 2020 Senior High School candidates(SC).
A statement from WAEC indicates that the change affects the date for Principles of Cost Accounting 2 & 1.
The paper which was scheduled to be written on Saturday, September 5, 2020, has now been moved to Wednesday, August 26, 2020, from 13.30hrs to 16.30hrs.
” Please find attached an amended timetable for the WASSCE(SC) 2020. Please note that Principles of Cost Accounting 2 & 1 originally scheduled for Saturday 5th September will now be administered on Wednesday 26th August 2020 from 13.30hrs to16.30hrs.”
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) released the timetable for Senior High School candidates on July 6, 2020.
The 2020 WASSCE which had to be rescheduled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic began on Monday, July 20 with Basketry being the first paper.
The last paper will be on September 5, 2020.
Subjects
In all, 60 subjects, made up of four core and 56 elective subjects, have been made available to the candidates.
The subjects cover the seven programmes offered at senior high school (SHS), namely, General Arts, General Science, Business, Agricultural Science, Visual Arts, Home Economics, and Technical.
