Former independent parliamentary candidate for Suame constituency Mr. Hayford Osei Bempah has described Hon Kyei Mensah Bonsu Member of Parliament for the constituency as a failed parliamentarian who does not deserve the electoral support of residents and party followers in the next parliamentary elections.
The delivery of the Honorable member of parliament at the constituency level per the statement of Hayford Bempah is highly abysmal to the degree that no critical thinker within the constituency will waste his or her time and votes on him come 2020.
Speaking in an exclusive dialogue with www.thepressradio.com he rated the majority leader of Parliament as the worst performing MP in Ghana, defending that Ninety percent of all his campaign promises have until now remained unfulfilled.
Mr. Hayford Bempah who announced his intention to contest the majority leader in the next parliamentary elections claimed that Hon Kyei Mensah at one time promised to secure employment for some macho men within the constituency after the elections “but these macho men after all their sacrifices for him (Kyei Mensah) are still in the house unemployed”
He continued that ” all the students he(MP) claimed have been enrolled on a scholarships scheme where are they now? They too are similarly in the house and have remained unemployed graduates. As a whole MP with a high level of influence you couldn’t secure jobs for even ten percent of these graduates. You must be ashamed of yourself as an MP”.
He stated without mincing words that the agility and vibrancy of the Member of Parliament is only displayed in the house of Parliament, the reason for the number of admiration won to his credit.
“At the constituency level as in development, this man is a big disappointment”.
According to the words of the two times failed independent candidate, the inefficiency of the incumbent MP at constituency has subjected residents to an unbearable heat of hardship including high unemployment rate, bad road networks, investment challenges among others.
” This is what has provoked me to contest him again come 2020 to save Suame from his poor delivery”.
