The leader for the Research team Mr. Boateng Duncan affectionately called “Bombay” who is a journalist and a communication expert said the research was conducted to keep government appointees on their toes for an effective performance.

He stated that it is expected from any person given an appointment by government to maximize the dynamics to prove to his employer that indeed he(employer) chose the right character to work with.

The research he indicated will serve as a guide for the President Nana Addo as to who to reshuffle and who to retain in office.

Lawyer John Kumah was appointed by President Nana Akufo Addo as CEO of NEIP which was formerly known as Youth Enterprise Support (YES) in February 2017.

NEIP was established under the Youth Employment Act 2015 (Act 887) to empower young people to contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic and sustainable development of the nation.
