VIDEO: Asante Kotoko depart to Zambia ahead of Zesco clash
Ghana’s only representative in the Caf Confederation Cup, Asante Kotoko are set to leave the shores of Ghana to Zambia ahead of Group C last fixture.
The Reds are due to play Zambian giants Zesco United in the Caf Confederation Cup last round of match in Zambia. They are however set to leave the capital of Ghana, Accra, via airplane to Ethiopia per the management schedule and continue to Ndola in Zambia for the game slated Sunday 17, March.
The titanic clash will decide whether Kotoko will qualify for the quarter-final or not.
The Porcupine Warriors have accumulated seven points in five matches, placing 3rd in the group involving Al Hilal, Nkana FC and Zesco United.
Coach Charles Kwablan Akunnor is making the trip with 18-players to Zambia aside club officials.
