Work on Eastern Corridor Roads resumes
Contractors have resumed work on the Eastern Corridor road and users are assured of a facelift on that stretch soon.
The Roads and Highways Minister, Kwesi Amoako Atta, announced this on the last day of the Results Fair.
The Sector Minister said the completion of the road would shorten the time users will spend on it.
He said about seven contractors are working on that stretch of road which links the south to the north. The 965-kilometre Eastern Corridor Road links Greater Accra, Eastern, Ashanti, Volta, and Upper East regions.
