Eniola Badmus appointed SA to House of Reps Speaker
Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has been appointed to a federal position and will be working with the Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas.
According to reports, the actress was chosen by Tajudeen Abbas to be his Special Assistant for Social Events and Public Hearings.
Clips from the swearing-in ceremony and the moment Eniola Badmus received her appointment letter surfaced online on Friday, May 10, 2024, and quickly gained popularity.
Eniola Badmus was one of the most vocal Nollywood celebrities to support Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidential bid.
During the 2023 general election, social media users harassed and taunted Eniola Badmus for standing with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Despite the numerous criticisms she faced, the actress remained steadfast in her support for Bola Tinubu and worked towards helping him win the election.
