Watch how the hand of a suspected thief got stuck in the roof of a gold buyer’s kitchen

A young man reportedly got his hand stuck in the roof of the kitchen of a gold buyer at Dunkwa Kyekyewere Station in the Central Region.

The incident occurred at midnight on August 7, 2024, a post by EDHUB on X said.

The post added that the gold buyer had experienced a series of thefts at his gold kitchen, and due to that, he sought the help of a spiritualist to catch the thieves.

With the directions of the spiritualist, a man was caught, hanging by a window with his right hand stuck in a roof at midnight on Saturday.

The alleged thief, who could be seen in pain and appeared to be crying for help, drew the attention of residents who gathered at the scene.

Unfortunately, the residents couldn’t help him, leaving him hanging till morning when the owner of the old kitchen performed some rituals to free him.

The post by EDHUB stated, “The hand of a thief was stuck to the roof of a gold buyer’s kitchen at Dunkwa Kyekyerwere Station in the Central Region on Saturday, 7th September 2024, at midnight.

“According to reports gathered by EDHUB, the owner of the gold kitchen had been suffering from a series of thefts at the facility and decided to consult a spiritualist for help in catching the thieves involved.”

It added that “Following the spiritualist’s directions, a man was found last Saturday night hanging by the window with his right hand stuck to the roof. Residents began to gather around as the thief, who was in agony, seemed to be calling for help.

“The suspect remained hanging throughout the night until the next morning when the owner of the gold kitchen arrived to perform some rituals to free him.”

In the video, the man could be heard saying, “I’m not a thief”, while some persons whose faces were not captured replied, “How then did you end up there?”
