I’ve got a team of lawyers and cash to face Anas squarely – Kennedy Agyapong

Maverick politician, Kennedy Agyapong has bragged about how he has enough cash and a team of lawyers to face off with Anas Aremeyaw Anas in a GH¢25 million defamation suit filed against him.

Mr Kennedy Agyapong who described the amount as peanuts, says he is prepared to face Anas in court with his evidence to prove his claims that the journalist is an extortionist, a thief and a blackmailer but want him unmasked before the legal tussle begins.

He said the GH¢25 million is no match for him indicating his preparedness to deal with it if found guilty of libel.

“I have a team of lawyers and I got money. I have a number of lawyers and I am one myself”, he disclosed on Asempa Fm monitored by MyNewsGH.com.

While reiterating that he cannot be intimidated in order to be cowed into submission, he said his fight against Anas goes on unabated warning him to brace himself for more jaw breaking leaks.

“I am not afraid of him and I display cash. GH¢25million I sit on that shit. I will face him in court with my evidence. He denied the images that were making the rounds were not him so which ghost took me to court. I pity his lawyer”, he added on the show monitored by MyNewsGH.com

“I have every evidence to back the allegations I have made against him. I am ready for him in court. It is a way to prevent people to stop discussing about him. He is evil. Do you know how people are suffering because of him”, he asked.

He also laughed off the suit. He said he is yet to be served but wondered why the journalist and his attorney will be going on that tangent threatening to drop more secrets about them in the coming days.
