I won’t quarrel with Shatta Wale again – Pope Skinny vows

Shatta Wale and Pope Skinny were good friends who did amazing things together and produced several hits including ‘Hot Cake’ and ‘Wa Shatta Me’.

Talking to Amansan Krakye, Pope Skinny remarked “I never regret recording all these great songs with Shatta Wale and I never regret performing it because I perform it and he performs it.”

“Even if you listen to my new song titled Slow Down I even gave Shatta Wale a shout-out in the song so friends fight and friends come back,” he added.

However, they broke up their friendship and engaged in exchanges openly on social media but Pope Skinny has vowed never to go on that tangent as they’re now friends again.

“Now we don’t quarrel like previously and we are good friends because we’ve always been friends and that’s how it’s supposed to be,” he said on Cape Coast’s Property FM.

Shatta Wale who is on record to have engaged in bitter quarrels with Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Yaa Pono and has recently threatened to end the music career of Black Sherif.
