Seasoned Music Act Evangeline Gbenartey has been speaking about her new single “Aseda Nkoaa”.
According to the BV singer,who has been doing music for over two decades,the new hit is a way maker for her upcoming album launch.
She disclosed that her new album has 12 tracks on it.
“Aseda Nkoaa is a cover of the Classic Me de M’akoma ne me kra by Kofi Ani Johnson and Aseda Nkoaa by Sam Asare Bediako” she said.
Eva as she’s popularly known does several genres notably soul,jazz,and ballads.
Her new single was produced by Jerby Djokoto of the Jerbette Productions.
Seasoned acts like Victor Dey ,Bright Osei and David Okai have all been featured on it.
“Ghana music is authentic and timeless and this is one of the ways I can potray this fact”
“Most of the makers of these authentic music were never recognized in their day; but now that the world is smaller I believe we can give them that due recognition by doing such covers as I have done with Aseda Nkoaa”.
