Sammy Gyamfi applauds Bawumia for his concession speech

Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has praised the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flagbearer and incumbent Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, for his concession of defeat in the 2024 Presidential election.

In his concession speech on Sunday, December 8, 2024, Dr. Bawumia acknowledged the election results and thanked Ghanaians for their support.

He also congratulated John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, on winning the election and expressed his support for the former President following Mahama’s victory.

Commenting on Dr. Bawumia’s gesture, Sammy Gyamfi wrote in a post on the social media platform X: “The concession speech delivered earlier today by @MBawumia was an exceptional display of statesmanship. Respect!”
