Coach Karim Zito invites 36 U19 players for screening at Madina Astro Turf

National U19 head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, has called up 36 young players for a non-residential screening exercise set to take place at the Madina Astro Turf in Accra.

This 3-day event, scheduled from Tuesday, August 20 to Thursday, August 22, 2024, is designed to evaluate emerging talents from across the country.

The invited players, who have been scouted from various regions, are expected to report to Coach Abdul Karim Zito at the Madina Astro Turf at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. During the screening, they will participate in a series of drills, training matches, and technical assessments conducted by Coach Zito and his team.

Following this screening exercise, the most promising players may be invited to continue training with the U19 national squad, which is being prepared for upcoming international competitions.
