AUDIO: Roofing sheet cuts off man’s testicles during heavy downpour at Heman

  

A  man, believed to be in his fifties, has lost his testicles to a flying roofing sheet during a heavy downpour at Heman in the Twifo Heman Lower Denkyira district of the Central region.

Twenty-one others also sustained various degrees of injuries following the heavy downpour which wreaked havoc in various communities.

The victims are currently battling for their lives at the Heman Health Centre.

 

The Central Regional National Disaster Management Organisation Public Relations Officer, Mr Eric Arthur in an interview with Adom News said “21 persons sustained various degrees of injuries, while the roofing sheet cut off the man’s testicles with other State institution’s structures being destroyed, as well as five school buildings.”

 

“The man is currently at the Heman Medical Centre receiving treatment and I would like to use this platform to thank the nurses at the centre for their immense help. Some of the victims are also at the Praso Hospital,” he added.
