‘Angry’ Asamoah Gyan warns fraudsters over fake Twitter account
Iconic Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan has warned he will take drastic action against scammers who are using fake Twitter identification to damage his hard-won reputation.
The 34-year-old is angry by fraudsters who have created several fake accounts to cause harm to his global image.
Some bloggers have made news out of unscrupulous account attributed to the former Sunderland hitman.
Gyan has issued a strongly worded statement against such fraudsters, warning he will take legal action against media that relies on such fake hubs.
I will not countenance this, neither will I allow you ruin my image and reputation..the law will take it’s course….in the mean time treat this as fake, again to the media and bloggers, my handle is verified please desist from making news out of unscrupulous accounts.@AnimSammy pic.twitter.com/ZI4HxO1H4l
