Reports have indicated that Zenith Bank has promoted 4,165 staff, aiming to reward good performance and improve the confidence of its workforce.
More promotions are expected in the coming weeks as the bank awaits approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The promotions occurred on Monday, January 13, 2025, and Friday, January 17, 2025.
The bank also increased staff’s salaries this January, focusing on lower-level personnel.
