VIDEO: People hate me because my father has money — Davido

Singer Davido says he is very much hated in the music industry because he is from a rich family.

In an explosive rant posted on his Instagram stories, the 26-year-old said lamented that since he made his music debut in 2012, instead of getting support from the industry, he only gets hate.

He said people hate him because they think his rich father Adedeji Adeleke is behind his success but that is not true as he worked hard for all his achievements in the 7 years in the industry.

He said;

“Seven years now and nobody supports me, its just hate, from morning till night. because of what? my papa get money (sic). I work hard, i deliver hits. I take care of my people. So if you have a problem with me, suck ma d**k”.
