Two Okada riders crash to death during colleague’s funeral

Here is the revised text with corrected grammar and punctuation:

Residents of Enyan Asempanyin in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of the Central Region were grief-stricken on Friday evening after two reckless Okada riders crashed their motorbikes to death during their colleague’s funeral.

Information gathered indicates that the two Okada riders, along with other colleagues, were riding recklessly through the Enyan Asempanyin township after they had retrieved their colleague’s corpse from the mortuary.

In an interview with Kasapa News’ Yaw Boagyan, some eyewitnesses recounted watching the Okada riders perform stunts with their motorbikes, despite warnings from elders, including the former assembly member for the area, to cease their reckless riding.

According to them, the leader of the Okada rider group offered an amount of money and alcohol as a reward for whoever would win a race and perform the best skills among the riders.

During the contest, one of the riders, known as Rasta, was lying on the motorbike while riding at top speed. Meanwhile, another rider, Kwesi, was also speeding from the opposite direction. Unfortunately, they collided, and Kwesi died on the spot.

Rasta passed away en route to the Ajumako District Government Hospital.

The bodies have since been deposited in the mortuary.

Coincidentally, their deceased colleague, 23-year-old Daniel Nyarkoh, whose funeral was being held, also died in a motor accident.
