NDC aspiring Secretary steals laptop and phones at “Radio Gold”

The aspiring Secretary of National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Okaikoi North Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Mr. Emmanuel Sackey, has been allegedly caught by a CCTV while he was stealing a laptop and phones belonging to radio panelists.

According to a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Mynewsgh.com, Emmanuel Sackey reportedly stole the gadgets at Accra-based Radio Gold.

The laptop, believed to belong to Samuel Huntor, was left in the listening room of radio station.

Mr. Emmanuel Sackey is also reported to have taken mobile phones belonging to some panelists who had left them in the waiting room of the outfit.

From the alleged CCTV footage, the NDC aspirant reportedly gathered all the items into a laptop bag and left the building.

Upon confrontation, the party executive aspirant initially denied taking the items even though the producer of the show noticed his entry and exit periods.

According to Mynewsgh.com Mr. Emmanuel Sackey even went ahead to ask Radio Gold to write an official letter of apology to him for calling him a thief because he had not taken the said items.

However, with the evidence of CCTV footage in hand clearly showing him taking the items and exiting the building, he was left with no choice than to return the items to their rightful owners through a third party.

He is alleged to have taken the laptop, some phones and power banks belonging to some panelists who had come to the radio station.
