TV Africa’s Samuel Adobah receives International recognition
Prominent Ghanaian broadcast Journalist Mr. Adobah Samuel has received a Nomination from Social Impact marketing Summit for his contribution towards supporting vulnerable communities and individuals across Ghana.
The category of his nomination is “African Philanthropist of the year”
The astute Journalist is known for his passion to go beyond broadcasting the News to reaching out to the poorest in the Society who make the headlines due to their vulnerability to support them for financially .
This he does with of welling institutions and individuals.
Through his philanthropic organization, Network For Assin Development which was established in 2017 to support deprived schools in the Central Region of Ghana, many schools within the jurisdiction have received various educational materials furniture, leading to the creation of a conducive environment for successful teaching and learning.
Aside this, the multiple award winning Journalist, who is a member of the universal peace federation has an organization known as the Universal Friendship Organization (UFO) that seeks to promote peace and Strengthening Friendship across the globe.
The UFO’s priority is to champion peace and strengthen friendship across the globe.
Reacting to his nomination, Mr Adobah expressed gratitude to organizers of the awards scheme for recognizing his selfless contribution towards national development, especially poverty alleviation.
He assured that he would continue to give off his best in being the voice of the voiceless.
He also called on all journalists to keep throwing more light on the plight of the most vulnerable in society and help seek support for them.
“This nomination is not the first and I feel appreciated and encouraged by it to do more.”
“I am eternally grateful to the Social Impact Marketing Summit for this honour. I pledge to do more,” he added.
Mr Adobah is among seven others, who received nominations from different countries across the globe, for different categories by the awards scheme.
