The worst time to have Sex

According to scientists, in addition to mismatched desires, there is another significant factor impeding successful intimacy, and that is the moment you are engaging in it.

According to researchers, this is the most common error people make when it comes to enjoying good intimacy. It turns out that the most typical time for individuals to have intimacy is the very WORST time to enjoy amazing, health intimacy.

Contrary to popular belief, intimacy is not restricted to the hours following nine o’clock. You should reevaluate your intimate schedule and give priority to the time you spend having intimacy in bed because there is strong academic data to support it.

According to Medicalnewstoday, the majority of couples in the had intimacy between the hours of 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. Nevertheless, less than 40% of those surveyed said they had excellent intercourse. The majority of them also claimed that they considered having intimacy at night to be a regular chore and that it did not fulfil them.
Even though this may seem like the most “doable” time for people, it is actually the time when your body is attempting to unwind and all of your organs are working to prepare for the next day. Because intimacy demands significant levels of energy and performance, it is therefore not considered to be the optimal time for it scientifically.

The study also identified a second reason why having intimacy late at night or right before bed does not offer hopeful or satisfactory results. As and when their desire spikes up, men and women behave differently. Women are often more exhausted at night than men, which makes for less satisfying and passionate intimate encounters.
According to Medicalnewstoday, the body requires slumber to de-stress after a demanding day at work or a busy schedule. Although others would concur and claim that having intimacy does seem to help in this circumstance, having intimate activity immediately before bed does not always have favourable effects. Similar to how it can be challenging to complete other tasks at night, performing in bed has drawbacks. Therefore, you should pay attention to your body when you are tired and all you want to do is relax.
