The GOAT is back – Former Asante Kotoko striker Mark Adu Amofah hails Trump’s victory

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker, Mark Adu Amofah, has lauded Republican candidate Donald Trump after he was declared president-elect of the United States of America (USA).

He expressed his delight following Trump’s victory in the elections, which were expected to be keenly contested but turned out to be a comfortable win for the Republican candidate.

Amofah made his admiration for Trump known and commended him for being able to pull off such a historic victory in the 2024 US presidential elections.

“The GOAT is back,” the former Kotoko striker wrote on his X page on November 6, 2024.

This comes after former President of the United States, Donald Trump was projected to beat Vice President Kamala Harris in the November 5, 2024, presidential election.

Media outlets, including CNN, Fox News, and the BBC, have placed Trump in a commanding lead after his victories in key battleground states like Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and others.

CNN reports Trump as the winner with 276 electoral votes, with Kamala Harris polling 223 electoral votes
