The 2023/2024 Premier League season ended on Sunday, May 19, 2024, with Manchester City winning their fourth consecutive title.
The season was an interesting one for Ghanaian players, with Mohammed Kudus in particular, making a successful jump from the Dutch league to the Premier League.
The West Ham forward became the face of the Ghanaian contingent in the Premier League with his consistent performances, which he climaxed with an outstanding volley against Manchester City in the last game of the season.

Antoine Semenyo
Of the six Ghanaian players in the Premier League, Semenyo made the most impact with his performances for Bournemouth, who finished the season very strongly.
Under Andoni Iraola, Bournemouth enjoyed a successful second half of the season and Semenyo was instrumental in those performances.
Overall, he made 33 appearances, scored eight and assisted eight. His goal and assist accumulation is 16.
Mohammed Kudus
As mentioned earlier, Kudus was outstanding for West Ham in the 2023/2024 Premier League season.
In his maiden season in arguably the most competitive league in the world, Mohammed Kudus made 33 appearances, scored eight goals and made six assists.
He also made the most take-ons in the season.
Jordan Ayew
Crystal Palace looked a transformed side under new coach, Oliver Glasner, but unfortunately, that transformation led to limited minutes for Jordan Ayew.
In the second half of the season, Jordan Ayew was mostly limited to substitute appearances as Eberechi Eze, Michael Oliseh and Jean-Philipe Mateta formed a devastating trio that pushed the Eagles to tenth on the league log.
Jordan was however impactful as he tallied eleven goals and assists for Palace. In 35 appearances, Jordan scored four goals and bagged seven assists.
Tariq Lamptey
Tariq Lamptey had an injury-blighted season that limited him to just 19 appearances for Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 24-year-old, who was mostly used as a right and left fullback for Brighton, made three assists for Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
Jeffrey Schlupp
Like Tariq Lamptey, Jeffrey Schlupp also suffered significant injuries in the season that limited him to just 29 appearances in the season.
The midfielder cum defender managed four goals and assists. He scored two goals and managed two assists.
Thomas Partey
Thomas Partey injury endured a very difficult season that restricted his role in Arsenal’s title charge.
He was, however, instrumental in their last five games, where he started in all of them and marshalled the midfield for the Gunners.
He, however, ended the season without a goal or assist.
