Referendum: Certified results so far

Certified and Provisional results for the Thursday referendum for the six new regions are beginning to trickle in.

Most of the electorate voting in the respective areas have voted in support of the proposal to carve new regions from the existing ones.

The proposed regions are Western North, Bono East, Ahafo, Savannah, North East, and Oti Regions.

Below are some of the results so far

Provisional results also suggest that the proposal for the Bono East region has also received over 90% endorsement.
