Senator Orji Uzor Kalu bowing to Bola Tinubu

Reactions have trailed a now-viral video of Former Abia governor, Orji Uzor Kalu bowing to greet the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The photos taken at Tinubu’s Bourdillion home in Lagos.

The details of the meeting remain unknown.

It has, however, come as a shock to many as Kalu was a major proponent of the presidency coming to the East.

The video also shows the former Lagos governor in good health.

Mohammed Umar Gadaka said: Bowing to elders on African soil is not strange; what is strange is seeing educated African in diaspora sending back home some disdainful messages against our elders. The white men doting our cities do not send back home disdainful messages to their elders; they send them our naira and kobo.

Eta Ekpenyong: BAT is a true leader, but I will vote Atiku

M-du Christian Mkavter: Even as a Yoruba man you still have this reasoning?
I am sure you didn’t grow either trained by your parents.

Nwachi Isu: What is breaking about Orji Uzi kalu bowing to Tinubu. You are old enough to know the problem confronting Nigeria now. Talk about issues facing Nigeria not goat bowing to dog.

Joseph Igwe-Okomiso said: He bounds to the head of their cartel.

Victor Egoo: You always talk about retaining and holding dear to our African traditions. Respecting elders is strongly enshrined in our cultures, so what makes this “breaking”? This is mischievous, sir.

Press Meelubari said: You have to bow and greet your elder of course, nothing new Or are you saying bowing connotes endorsement?

Charleston Ugo said: Orji Kalu is looking for Senate president if tinubu win, you can imagine the people who Still want to rule us, embezzlement after embzzement
