PHOTOS: COP Tetteh Yohuno Fingered In Grabbing Government Lands?

Land litigation in the Greater Accra Region may not have an end any time soon.
A year after the Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo led NPP administration took over the mantle as the president of Ghana, the member of Parliament for Assin central Hon. Kennedy Agyapong vowed to exposed some top police officers who links with land guards in the country.
COP Bright Oduro the then CID boss was accused by the MP for allegedly abusing his office by using land guards to take over lands that doesn’t belong to him.
“I will give the police service a crusade for everybody to see police officers who take bribes and demand lands from land guards and then shield them,” he alleged.
Is that the mentality of these top police officers?
Information reaching thepressradio.com indicates that Some residents leaving around Sakumono golf club area have been pointing fingers at COP Yohuno for illegally using his office to take over a parcel of land belonging to the Forestry Commission and for that matter government Property.
One of the residents disclosed that they live in danger because the Errands boy for Mr. Yohuno always threaten and issue warnings to them to not even go close to the said land because the lands belongs to the Forestry Commission and that Mr. Yohuno is the only person who decides what project will be done on the land.
The land which Mr. Yohuno is allegedly encroaching illegally is shares boundary with the Sakumono golf club house.
Errand boys for Mr. Yohuno Ashong and Sei Bortey a native of Nungua have since been walking and beating war drums. As a result of this, some residents say they fear for their lives because they don’t know what will happen to them when the authorities don’t come to their aid to intervene.
