According to him, they came to his funeral, gave out cheques, and made a good name for themselves; however, after the funeral, when he went to the bank, all the 20 cheques were bounced.
Speaking to Accra-based Kingdom FM in an interview, Kumchacha could not hide his disgust for the pastors and prophets who came to the funeral some five years ago to pay eye service at his mother’s funeral.
“I have about 20 cheques with me, and they are all dud cheques. They were bounced at the bank. I intend to bring the cheque next time so that I can mention their names so they can come for their dud cheques. I hate what they did, and I’ve asked my mother’s ghost to deal with them.
“My family members thought I received cheques and did not want to share with the family, but the reality is that all the cheques bounced. I’m shocked that Men of God will engage in something like this,” he said.
