One dead, 2 injured as taxi driver rams into them

A taxi cab with the registration number, GT-5711-12, has rammed into three people, leaving one dead and two seriously injured at Fumeso near New Edubiase in the Ashanti Region.

According to an eyewitness, the taxi driver, Ibrahim upon realizing a faulty truck was parked ahead of him couldn’t control his steer as his taxi skidded off the road to cause the accident.

The injured victims were initially taken to the New Edubiase Hospital but were transferred to the Okomfo Anokye Hospital for advanced treatment.
