No time for blame games, excuses – Media mogul P Fresh tells Mahama

Germany-based Ghanaian media personality P Fresh has advised president-elect John Dramani Mahama to avoid blame games.

On Monday, December 9, the Electoral Commission officially declared Mahama the winner of the 2024 presidential election.

He secured 6,328,397 votes, representing 56.55% of the valid votes cast, defeating his closest rival, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who garnered 4,657,304 votes, representing 41.61%.

Reacting to Mahama’s re-election, P Fresh urged the NDC leader to avoid blame games and focus on enhancing citizens’ lives.

According to P Fresh, “Because of social media, you can’t lie to the people. So from the day you assume office, you sit up and strategize.”

“Once again, what Ghanaians don’t want is blame games. They know the NPP couldn’t deliver, and that is why they voted for you. Ghanaians believed in you; so as the new government, come and fix the problems of the citizens without blaming anybody”.

Known in real life as Henry Ankema Anim, P Fresh is the CEO of Fresh Online Radio based in Germany. He is recognized as one of the few Ghanaian media personalities promoting the nation’s image abroad.
