Just recently when everyone has been in anticipation for the New law to come into force this Nov.2023, the house met with all the states in Germany to rediscuss the law which is to place limit on the migration of people.
At the same time, the european Union has reached an agreement to ship off migrants awaiting to be processed in holding Centers in eastern Europe until they can be given rights of reentry.
Thousands of emmigrants are also being deported while many await the recognition of their foreign skills to no avail.
So whats Germany and Europe up to? They make bilateral laws with third world nations that prohibits them from industrialising their nations to ensure they stay in business because they need them to stay dependent on them in order for their economy to continue to be powered.
Why not just allow these African countries to transition to become independent so that they can create jobs to relieve the needs of the people?
Anyway, here is what Germany says it intends to do to enable migration.
I don’t know if they have taken into consideration the fact that housing is in seriouse shortage and has become unaffordable either.
Germanys new system should make it easier for people with professional experience – rather than a university degree – to come and work in Germany. It says it aims to become more open to job experience and professional qualifications that are recognised in workers’ native countries. Currently, the country is strict about which qualifications it recognises, but it says it intends to now make it easier for those without a job offer to seek work in Germany via the opportunity card.
Qualified job seekers with degrees or vocational certificates will be allowed to stay in the country for one year as they search for employment. while looking for full-time employment, they will be permitted to work up to 20 hours per week. ,,The only problem here is that, one has to pre-finance their stay by putting the funds in an account that would be blocked and managed by the government during the period of job search”.
Rules will also be eased for those with a job offer and a recognised diploma. Salary thresholds will be lowered, it will be easier for workers to bring their families to Germany, and it will be easier to gain permanent residency.
Survey shows the service sector is the worst hit – especially the accommodation and event industries. This is followed by warehousing and storage, service providers, and manufacturing – particularly in the food, data processing equipment, machinery and metal manufacturing sectors. Many retail businesses, construction companies and wholesalers have also reported staff shortages.
IT specialists with relevant job experience will receive EU Blue Cards even if they do not possess a university degree, according to reports. Other in-demand occupations listed on the government website include physicians and scientists. A shortage of metallurgy workers and builders has previously been reported.
The pharmaceutical and chemical industries report the lowest shortage of skilled workers. The automotive and mechanical engineering industries are also suffering less than other sectors they claim.
The quetschen is, what is preventing Germany from processing and giving recognition to migrants already living in the country that are held up in Camps? Why not change their assylum seeker status by sending them to learn skills that are in shortage? Why deport them while claiming to be opening doors at the same time for new migrants to come in?
The truth is that, Germany like many other european nations do not want migrants migrating into their countries now than ever. But since they had enacted the UN Migration Pact law and it is binding, they are obliged to implement these policies in one way or the other.
Also, Russia and the new emerging powers are offering more friendly migration policies apart from the worth considering economic policies already in offer. The west knows it need to offer something in return for what they continue to want to keep having from Africa. In order to not push too much at an age where awakening and awareness level of the people thought to be idiots is happening faster than anticipated, they need to show more friendly opportunities.
Germany especially, having had the history that is well known that foreigners are not welcomed, is trying to bleach its black spots white.
Thus the strive to keep its doors open for a stigma change. This has become even more important specially since they are now moving more and more again into Africa for natural resources to keep afloat since their double standard sanctions on Russia. There is more in Africa than there can ever be in the west for Africans. Africa does not need migration policies, what she need is a change to the bilateral agreements that have kept it poor and impoverished.
The people are capable of working to build and create wealth for themselves on the continent if the west would let them. Its time to grasp the truth for what it is. Germany and or the west, has nothing to offer africans. Africa must take its destiny back into her own hands.
