Mohammed Kudus describes Liverpool’s assistant coach John Heitinga as best trainer he had at Ajax

Ghana star, Mohammed Kudus has heaped praise on Liverpool’s assistant coach John Heitinga.

According to him, the young tactician is the best trainer he had at Ajax.

“I felt very good under Heitinga. He is the best trainer I have had at Ajax,” Mohammed Kudus told Voetbal Primeur.

The West Ham United talisman continued, “apart from the training aspect, I also have a very high regard for him in terms of standards and values. Personally, I would have loved to work with him longer. He is a top trainer, and I really appreciated his efforts to make the players better at the time.”

After partying ways at Ajax, Mohammed Kudus will be meeting John Heitinga in the 2024/25 football season when West Ham United takes on Liverpool.

Reports also suggest that it is still possible for the Ghana star to join Liverpool this summer.

Should that happen, Mohammed Kudus will be reunited with John Heitinga in a team for the second time.
