McBrown, Big Akwes, other Kumawood actors storm Maame Serwaa’s graduation

Some Kumawood actors showed up at Knustford University in Accra for the graduation ceremony of their colleague, Maame Serwaa.

In videos spotted by GhanaWeb, an ecstatic Maame Serwaa was seen receiving her certificate while being cheered by her fellow graduating colleagues and guests at the ceremony, which was held on November 30, 2024.

Actors spotted at the event included Salinko, Don Little, Nana Ama McBrown, and Big Akwes.

The actress, who has been off the grid for a while, took to her social media platform later in the day to share the good news:

“A Journey of Dedication and Triumph! After 4 years of hard work, growth, and perseverance, I am proud to announce my successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree at Knutsford University!

“This achievement is a testament to the power of determination, faith, and the unwavering support of my loved ones. To everyone who believed in me and walked this journey with me, I say thank you! praying Here’s to new beginnings, greater heights, and making every dream a reality,” she wrote on her Instagram page.
