Major failures of Tinubu in his first year as president

As President Bola Tinubu approaches the first anniversary of his term, entertainer Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, widely known as Charly Boy, has compiled a comprehensive scorecard detailing 21 significant occurrences during this period.

Reflecting on the 2023 presidential election, the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu, declared Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, as the victor.

Official figures credited Tinubu with 8.8 million votes, surpassing his main rivals, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, who garnered 6.9 million and 6.1 million votes, respectively.

In a recent post, Charly Boy highlighted events that unfolded under President Tinubu’s leadership over the last year.

In a post shared on X, Charly Boy wrote;

1. Nearly Brought Emirates back to Nigeria 3 times

2. Nearly attracted Affrexim bank loan
