LIVESTREAMED: Ghana Armed Forces gives testimony of Jakpa’s military record

The case of the Minority Leader, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, who has been accused of causing financial loss to the state in the procurement of 200 ambulances when he was Deputy Finance Minister, continues today, Thursday, July 18, 2024.

The Ghana Armed Forces is testifying about the military record of the third accused in the case, businessman Richard Jakpa.

The court summoned the army at the request of Jakpa after state prosecutors brought UP his military record, accusing him of being sacked for engaging in wrongdoings.
