Kotoko name 18-man squad for Simba SC friendly

Asante Kotoko have named a strong 18-man squad to travel to Tanzania to face giants Simba SC in a friendly.

But the squad excludes midfielder Kwame Boahene who has returned to training after recovering from a strange illness

Key performers like Burkinabe import Sougne Yacouba, Jordan Opoku, Amos Frimpong, striker Frederick Boateng and goalkeeper Felix Annan made the cut.

The Porcupine Warriors will leave Ghana on Monday, 6 August as the match will be played on Wednesday at the 60,000 capacity National Stadium.

Defenders: Amos Frimpong, Augustine Sefa, Samuel Frimpong, Wahab Adams, Nafiu Awudu, Emmanuel Owusu, Agyemang Badu
