King Promise reacts to Stonebwoy ignoring his congratulatory message after TGMA win

Ghanaian music sensation and winner of the TGMAs ‘Popular Song of the Year’ King Promise has reacted to his congratulatory message being ignored by Stonebwoy.

According to him, he has no bad blood with Stonebwoy and has no idea why his message would be snubbed.

It could be recalled that after losing the Artiste of the Year title at TGMA 2024 to Stonebwoy, King Promise graciously congratulated the winner on social media, but did not receive any acknowledgement in return.

Stonebwoy, however, explained that there was no ill intent or bad blood. He insisted that, amidst the flood of messages post-victory, he simply overlooked King Promise’s message.

Speaking in an interview with Kwadwo Sheldon, King Promise expressed his opinion, saying, “It’s really up to him. I don’t know why he did that, because I’m not a stranger to him.

“We’ve had conversations, we’ve had music together. I’ve done a song for his album, he’s done a song for my album, and he’s known me even before I blew up crazy.

“If he felt a certain way, I don’t think I did anything wrong by congratulating him, did I?” he said.
