Jonathan Sowah scores 4 goals in a single match in Libyan Premier League

Ghanaian striker Jonathan Sowah scored four goals in a match for Al-Nasr Benghazi in their 6-3 win over local rivals Al Hilal Benghazi in the Libyan Premier League on Monday, May 20, 2024.

The ex-Medeama SC attacker scored the first goal for Al-Nasr in the third minute from a penalty kick and later scored another to double the lead from the same spot.

The 25-year-old delivered his hat trick just before halftime in the match.

The striker later sealed his 4th goal with a clinical finish in the 72nd minute.

Sowah has scored five goals with one assist in seven appearances since joining in the midseason.

The striker is set to earn a Black Stars call-up for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers matches against Mali and Central African Republic.
