Isoko Fela marries three wives in a day, plans to add two more to make six

Famous Isoko highlife performer Dr. Arube Otor, also known by his stage name Isoko Fela, has captured the public’s attention with his bold plan to father 32 children while taking three brides in a single day.

On Sunday, January 18, 2025, in Uzere, Delta State, the 53-year-old artist—who is already a father to nine children—took a daring step toward his dream by getting married to three women in a lavish ceremony.

Otor greeted his three new brides, extending his total to four, at a joyous ceremony held at the Anglican Church Field London Base in Uzere Kingdom.

He said, “I want to have 32 children, and until I realize that dream, I won’t leave this earth.”

In order to save money, Otor gave his new wives a single reception and explained that they had been living together since he had paid their bride price. It is merely a reception. Refreshments are planned, and music will be performed by members of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria. The day will be significant.

He also disclosed his intentions to take on two more women in the near future in order to further grow his family. Otor highlighted his family’s harmonious dynamic.

“If there’s a dispute, I mediate in the presence of the others so everyone learns from the resolution. My wives are independent; one is a hairdresser, another a caterer, and one a trader,” he noted.

Otor attributes his vigor to a natural diet and maintains his confidence in his capacity to carry out his marriage duties despite his advanced age.

He added, “I don’t eat rice because it weakens a man. My diet keeps me fit and ready. I visit my wives weekly, and none of them feels neglected,” he explained, adding that he avoids aphrodisiacs entirely.
