‘I’ll overturn whatever I said or did against you spiritually – Ajagurajah tells Tonardo

After Tonardo issued an apology to Bishop Kwabena Asiamah and sought forgiveness for defaming him, the bishop agreed to forgive him.

Ajagurajah also disclosed that, as part of the forgiveness process, he would reverse all the spiritual actions he took against Tonardo.

Nana Tonardo visited Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, also known as Ajagurajah, at his residence in Koforidua to make amends for past offences.

The reconciliation was documented in social media posts from both parties, showing the resolution of their long-standing feud.

In his apology, Tonardo expressed his remorse, stating, “I have visited my elder brother to make peace with him. I usually don’t apologise to people, so the fact that I traveled from Tema to Koforidua to make peace with him shows that I am serious. I should have verified the truth with you when I first heard the news. Please forgive me.”

Bishop Asiamah, while accepting the apology, assured that he would address any spiritual repercussions stemming from their conflict.

“Thank you for coming to hear the truth. Whatever I said or did against you spiritually will be overturned,” he said.

He also expressed his willingness to move forward peacefully, stating, “I’ll consider you my brother and we will live peacefully.”

How Tonardo’s illness was linked to his feud with Ajagurajah

Recently, Tonardo dismissed speculations that his recent health issues were related to his feud with Ajagurajah.

After experiencing a strange episode where he woke up with a distorted mouth, Tonardo addressed the rumours in an interview with Kwaku Manu, clarifying that he did not believe Ajagurajah was responsible for his health problems.

Background:

In February 2023, Tonardo spearheaded a campaign against Ajagurajah following allegations of rape made by a German-based Ghanaian woman named Gladys.

The lady accused Ajagurajah of charming her and extorting large sums of money, including from her children’s savings.

Gladys claimed that she traveled from Germany to seek treatment for abdominal pains, and during her visit to Ajagurajah’s church, he allegedly demanded a cow sacrifice valued at GH₵ 8,000. She also alleged that Ajagurajah sexually assaulted her after she refused his claim of spiritual ordination.

Throughout this period, Tonardo was vocal in his criticism of Ajagurajah online and supported Gladys in various media appearances to promote her allegations.
