I’ll always choose to perform in Wasa over a performance in Norway – Shatta Wale

His reason is simple: there is no unity in the entertainment space to be able to charge for shows per the artiste’s worth outside the country, so he will continue to perform locally.

Shatta Wale was speaking on Kumasi-based Angel FM when he made this known.

“This is why I will always choose to perform in Wasa rather than somewhere like Norway. There is no unity in the industry, and so there is not a unified way to charge, so I will always choose to serve the people that made me,” he said.

Shatta Wale, who spoke about the ban on celebrity endorsement of alcoholic products, indicated that he has fought enough for the industry but has always been disrespected, so he will not fight for the course to be later disrespected by the same people he fights for.
