I almost killed myself over negative comments from the public – Student nurse who threatened to kill patients

A student of the Nalerigu Nursing and Midwifery College in the North East region of Ghana but from the Upper West Region was seen in a viral video lamenting that she was forced into the nursing profession by her family, she had no passion for it.

She added that her lack of passion for the profession might compel her to kill persons who come seeking medical care when she finally graduates.

“In case, I have graduated and you see me in the hospital, I mean working in the hospital, I am begging you ladies and gentlemen, run for your life because I may kill somebody there,” she said in the video.

Speaking in a new video seen on TV3 on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, she retracted her words and also made mentioned that she has no intention of executing what she said, she was only miming over a trending sound on the short-video-sharing platform, TikTok.

She added that she almost killed herself because of the negative comments if not for the intervention of her College authority and other concerned persons.
