Give Akufo-Addo 4 more years – Shatta Wale begs Mahama

Reggae Dancehall King Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr known as Shatta Wale in an interview MynewsGhana.net monitored has asked Former President John Maham to give President Akufo-Addo another 4 years.

According to the self-acclaimed Dancehall king, President Akufo-Addo is working marvelously well by taken simple, humble and decisive decisions to ease the cries and pressure of the poor during these hard times of Coronavirus.

He praised the President for standing up to the challenge COVID-19 posed by taken the right decisions and making life somewhat easy for all Ghanaians.

“The President is thinking about the people and ways to make their weight light hence good policies like free education which some people didn’t understand, he is working hard to save the poor and vulnerable amidst the Coronavirus pandemic.”

Akufo- Addo in his recent nationwide update on COVID-19 in Ghana, announced measures to cushion the poor and homeless of over 400,000 by giving them food and accommodation, free water for 3 months, the stimulus package for small and medium scale companies among others.

Shatta Wale’s commendation comes after loads of Ghanaians including the opposition parties had praised him for his bold and courageous decisions which have kept the Virus at bay to a large extent.

Shatta Wale pointed out that he had not seen any leader in Africa working like Nana Akufo-Addo, saying “we need to clap for the President every morning as we do at church every Sunday because Akufo-Addo has done so well that all the opposition parties should relax and allow him to go another 4 years.”
