Girl declared ‘dead’ 7 years ago found alive and married

In the Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh, there was a shocking report that a girl who was thought to be dead seven years ago was found alive and married. The fact that a man has been in jail for “killing” the woman is even more shocking.

A court found that the man named Vishnu was guilty of killing the girl and gave him a 7-year prison sentence. Now, police have found the girl in UP’s Hathras district and allegedly found out what she was up to.

Police say that the woman ran away with her boyfriend and married him. A report in the Times of India said that the couple moved to a village in the Hathras district.

In the meantime, Vishnu’s mother has asked that the accused be punished in a harsh way. She went to court to get justice for her son, who did nothing wrong. Police brought the woman to court in Aligarh so that her DNA could be used to figure out who she is. When the girl was a teenager, Vishnu was accused of taking her away and killing her.

The girl’s dad has also confirmed that the woman is his daughter. India Today said that he had identified an unknown body in Agra as his daughter seven years ago.
