2019: Rwanda for transform Africa summit held successfuly

 

The TRANSFORM AFRICA SUMMIT 2019 has been successful with Ghana being represented by a powerful delegation which includes the Chief Executive officer of the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communication( GIFEC ) Honourable Kofi Asante and the Minister of Communication Honourable Ursula Owusu Ekuful .

 

Information gathered from the summit in KIGALI ,Rwanda indicate the Ghanaian delegation is making meaningful inputs in the discussions aim at boosting Africa’s Digital Economy.

 

Mr Kofi Asante, a likely Parliamentary Candidate for New Patriotic Party ( Npp) in the Wassa Amenfi Constituency took time off  his busy schedule to interact with  some Ghanaians residence in Rwanda and some indigenes of his Constituency, Wassa Amenfi in the Western region.

 

He advised them to be law abiding and also briefed them with some social intervention policy like the free Senior High school, restoration of training colleges  allowances , reduction of utility bills, creation of employment through the Nation Builders Corp ( NABCO) and other developmental projects the Government of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is undertaking to improve the living standards of Ghanaians.

 

He also admonished some indigenes of Wassa Amenfi in KIGALI to try and invest in Wassa Amenfi to create more jobs for the terming youth since the Government alone can not employ them.

Honourable Kofi Asante was commended for his exemplary achievements and the massive supports giving to the deprived communities in the Constituency and some institutions and appealed to him to reconsider representing the Wassa Amenfi West Constituency seat for he is the only person who can develop the Constituency.
