Ghanaian former footballer Anita Asante marries lesbian partner

On Friday night, January 20, 2023, the two people got married in Wales.

Fisher posted a picture of the wedding on social media with the words, “Got married at 3, in bed by 10! A perfect start to married life with my perfect person,” followed by two heart-shaped emojis.

She added a picture of herself and Asante in bed, showing off their rings.

Asante retweeted the post with the words “2023 starting off the best way possible” and a heart-eye emoji as a caption.

Asante and Fisher have been together openly as lesbians at least since 2019, when they first said they were a couple.

Wikipedia says that Anita Amma Ankyewah Asante is an English football coach who used to play as a defender or midfielder. She is now the coach of Bristol City’s first team. Asante’s family comes from Ghana.”

She turned 37 this year.

Anita Asante had a long and successful career that spanned 20 years. She played for Chelsea, Arsenal, and Aston Villa, and she won an impressive 75 caps for England.

She is the coach of Bristol City’s first team at the moment.

Beth Fisher, on the other hand, works for the BBC and used to play hockey for Wales.
