‘From the crown of my head, I adore’ – Ghanaian Journalist strips down almost naked to celebrate LGBTQ love online

Ghanaian journalist Ignatius Annor has taken to social media to express his love for the activities of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community.

The former Metro TV staff member, who has previously declared that he is gay, went viral on January 29, 2025, after sharing bold photos online.

Now affiliated with VOA, Ignatius Annor reaffirmed his strong support for the LGBTQ+ community in his latest post.

He shared nearly nude pictures accompanied by the caption: “From the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, I adore…” The caption ended with a heart emoji and an LGBTQ symbol.

Meanwhile, President John Mahama has declared that the Proper Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill, commonly known as the Anti-LGBTQ Bill, to tackle LGBTQ activities is effectively dead after failing to receive presidential assent before the end of the previous Parliament.

During a meeting with the Catholic Bishops, President Mahama explained that the bill’s failure provides an opportunity for a more inclusive conversation on the matter.
