Christianity does not equate timidity – Mensah Otabil

Renowned Ghanaian pastor, Dr. Mensah Otabil, has said that Christianity is not synonymous with lack of confidence.

He highlighted the importance of courage and fearlessness in the walk with God.

He said, “Christianity does not equate timidity.”

He made this statement in a post shared on X, on August 22, 2024.

According to Pastor Mensah Otabil, God, when he encourages a Christian to engage in initiatives, he expects that it is done fearlessly.

“When God inspires us to do something, we must step out boldly and do it,” he wrote.

He further advised Christians to exercise their faith by confidently trusting God’s guidance in times of challenges.

“We have to boldly exercise our faith in Him and believe His word when everything forces us to go in the opposite direction. We must take bold steps,” he added.
