Watch as an enraged NDC follower nearly attacks Sammy Gyamfi

The timely intervention of some security personnel saved Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communications Officer of the NDC, from being attacked by a party member.

This was during the nationwide Enough is Enough demonstration led by the National Democratic Congress on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

A video shared on X by a user named Gen Buhari showed Sammy Gyamfi in the escort of some security personnel, while a party member was shouting at him.

The post read “Sammy Gyamfi flees for his life after an NDC machoman warns him to stop fooling around. Timely security intervention saves the national officer from a beating.”

Several hundred Ghanaians, mostly supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), thronged the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, at Circle in Accra, as part of the NDC’s ‘Enough Is Enough’ demonstration against the Electoral Commission of Ghana.

The demonstration was to demand an independent audit of the voters register for the 2024 elections.
